— The Winery —

The winery, completely renovated in 2012, is located on the edge of the Gragnos hill. This proximity provides it with natural freshness, ideal for quality winemaking.

There are around twenty stainless steel and concrete tanks, capable of holding more than 1800 hectoliters of wine. Since the takeover of the estate in 2021, new additions have also appeared in the Gragnos cellar. It now includes a beautiful barrel cellar, as well as 'Beaune eggs,' oval-shaped tanks that promote a continuous movement of the lees.
