DOLMEN
AOP Saint-Chinian
Between power and finesse
Dolmen, a wine of character with infinite intensity and depth, is crafted from a meticulous selection of grapes based on their origin and ripeness. Hand-harvested and fully destemmed, the grapes underwent gentle maceration in stainless steel tanks to ensure a slow extraction of the fruit’s flavors. The wine was then aged, with part of the batch in new oak barrels and the rest in barrels that had previously held two vintages.
Rich, full-bodied, and velvety, it offers aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The powerful palate combines depth, the signature freshness of Château de Gragnos, silky, indulgent tannins, and an endless finish.
The perfect pairing: red meat, such as a rack of lamb.

This is a dense, round, and voluptuous wine that showcases summer fruits, morello cherries, raspberries, and plums, accented by spices and notes of chocolate and coffee.
The palate is structured with depth and a freshness unique to Château de Gragnos.
Pairs well with red meat such as lamb roast or simply a good meal among friends.
